Job Title: Remote Account Executive (AE) - NOVUS Professional Services
Location: Remote
Reporting to: Morgan Murray, Senior Sales
NOVUS Professional Services is seeking a Remote Account Executive (AE) to join our team. In this role, you will work remotely and report directly to Morgan Murray, Senior Sales. Utilizing provided software and leads, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Utilize provided leads and software to generate and manage sales opportunities.- Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM.- Close sales and exceed targets on a commission-only basis.- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.- Write engaging LinkedIn posts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.- Adhere to a minimum of 12 hours of work per week.
Requirements:- Minimum of one year of software sales experience.- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.- Ability to work independently and remotely.- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation:- Commission-only structure with an 8% commission on each deal, expected OTE of $117,000 per year with 12 deals.- Opportunity for salary and benefits upon achieving 12 deals in a year.- Additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.
