📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician with expertise in Revit to join our client's team in Oviedo, FL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by creating detailed 3D models and drawings.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Revit software.Familiarity with construction terminology.Strong understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts/trimble.Excellent communication and collaborative skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D models using Revit and/or AutoCAD software.Collaborate with project managers and construction team to develop models and drawings.Assist in clash detection and coordination efforts.Generate accurate quantity takeoffs from BIM models.Support project teams with technical expertise related to BIM processes.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BIM technology.
Pay: $50-$80k per year plus generous PTO, 401k and health benefits
Location: Onsite in Oviedo, FL
