Pay: $115,000-$125,000
NOW CFO is looking for a controller to join a leading organization dedicated to providing top-notch care and innovative solutions for asthma and allergy management. We're looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to fill a key role in our clients team, helping us make a difference in the health and well-being of our community.
Responsibilities
Oversee, supervise & train Accounting DepartmentDevelop SOP’s and best practicesReview vendor contracts, analyze savings potentialApprove vendor payments, monitor expendituresTreasury and cash flow managementFacilitate month-end closeProvide financial analysis and insightFacilitate annual audit and tax preparation by outside CPA’sCreate and maintain annual budgets, provide variance analysisFinancial modeling and projections
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related fieldStrong understanding of GAAPStrong leadership and development qualitiesExtremely strong analytical skillsHealthcare experience
