Reporting to the Operations leader, you lead your crew overseeing coaching and developing all members of your team to achieve their highest potential. To complete projects, you will need to understand the big picture to plan the work and complete tasks safely.

As a Gas Utility Foremen, you are a hands-on leader for your crew who takes ownership over coaching, training, and developing others. You will need to understand the big picture to plan the work and execute tasks safely, while completing projects on time.

What You'll Do

Coordinate equipment and crews from start to finish ensuring resources are in place and the job is completed safelyCoach on proper use and process to ensure safety and quality of workOversee Dig Safe marking and coordinate any issues with utilitiesSupport the crew by operating equipment, pipefitting, and laboring to exhibit teamworkComplete paperwork, reports, and status updatesResolve work problemsMaintain all industry required Operator QualificationsPerform other tasks as requested by leadership

Work Environment
