📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Required Experience & Skills· [X] years of experience working with Windchill PLM, including design, implementation, and customization.· Strong proficiency in Windchill PDM Link and associated modules (Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, etc.).· Experience in Windchill customization using Java, JSP, Windchill APIs, and Info*Engine.· Knowledge of CAD integrations with Windchill (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).· Experience with Windchill upgrades and system administration.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and quality.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.· Ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.· Preferred Experience & Skills· Windchill Certification(s) is a plus.· Competencies· Act with Integrity· Demonstrate Adaptability· Drive for Results· Influence Others· Lead Innovation and Quality Initiatives· Manage Execution· Manage Talent· Use Sound Judgment / Business Acumen
