OverviewOur client is seeking a Business Analyst to assist external suppliers and/or internal business partners with enrolling vendors in Oracle Supplier Portal, including delivering training and answering questions from suppliers and business partners. As a Business Analyst, you will interface and serve as primary liaison between the business unit and Corporate Financial Department, ensuring that reporting requirements, special requests, timelines and variance analysis requests are satisfied.
Required Skills & ExperienceAssociate's Degree in Finance or Accounting and 5 years experience in financial analysis, accounting operations, or operational analysis. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial and accounting principles as they apply to budget development and business planning.Strong interpersonal, customer service, oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skillsAbility to explain processes and guide suppliers through the entire onboarding process. An understanding of the entire Accounts Payable function, from onboarding through payment.Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office tools.Ability to learn new technologies and tools.Ability to assist with updating current written procedures.
