📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Working at Nth Degree, we don’t merely manage trade shows, exhibits, and events. Our job is to craft experiences that help build stronger brands—and we relish it. Live events are back, and we are busier than ever! Due to massive growth, we are looking to add a Warehouse Coordinator to support our events team.
You will report to the Director of Corporate Services and be based out of our Kansas City location. Position does require being onsite full time.
Pay rate is $21-23/hr.
What You’ll Do
Coordinating the use of union labor.Coordinate workload planning and scheduling.Quality control of inventory.Oversee and preform the pulling of stock items such as beMatrix, or similar, display units to produce custom exhibits for tradeshows.Coordinate with team members to discuss purchase needs.Maintain a productive and safe environment .Maintain legible and accurate records or logs as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Flexibility to work weekends and during the week after hours when necessary.
Who You Are
Ability to produce quality work while meeting challenging deadlines. Carpentry skills a plus. Ability to operate a forklift.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Exceptional interpersonal skillsSuperior organization skills and attention to detailExpert time management skills with ability to quickly and gracefully adapt to a rapidly-changing environment; ability to perform multiple assignments with competing priorities, even without immediate supervision.
