What You Can Expect
Visiting client’s homes to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electronic and/or mechanical components for mobility equipmentCommunicating with customers regarding concerns and resolutionsTraining/educating customers and caregivers in the proper use, care and safety of equipmentFollowing up with customers to ensure customer satisfactionWorking with manufacturers’ tech support to troubleshoot and identify required parts for repairsWorking with customer service team to coordinate daily routes and coordinate order processingCompleting necessary documents in a timely and accurate manner

What you need to succeed
Drive to provide best-in-class service to our partners and customersAbility to communicate effectively through electronic devices (ie. iPhone)Possess a valid State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving recordAbility to learn in-house operational systemsExperience using hand and power toolsMechanical and situational problem solving abilitiesAbility to utilize basic electronic devicesOrganizational skillsHigh School diploma/GED required
