This fully integrated team of more than 40 investment professionals is guided by a long heritage of successful performance outcomes and risk control for our clients. Nuveen Leveraged Finance is seeking a CLO structurer to support the ongoing growth of our CLO platform. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of CLOs and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

Execute all types of primary CLO transactions including new issue, resets, refis, re-issues, warehousesManage transaction expenses (closing/ongoing costs: EURR, trustee, cayman issuer, lawyer fees, WH fees etc.)Liability management (refi, reset, new issuance) - structuring of new and existing deals for best executionCollaborate internally to assist in maintaining relationships with sell-side arrangers and other market participantsStay informed on latest CLO document trends and consider structures based on our management style Creatively find solutions on structures based on market conditionsCommunication with rating agencies, counsel, arrangers on modeling and transaction execution Utilize analytical tools and models to optimize CLO structures and present to broader CLO team. Analyze and use technology for other products and markets within corporate credit space.Carry out the execution process of each CLO transaction including documentation, cash-flow modeling, rating agency analytics Continuously maintain a pipeline and roadmap of existing/new deals for refis/resets. Overall marketing of the CLO platform, working closely with business development and distribution

Base Pay Range: $253,800/yr. - $300,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
