This position work hours will be Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm with overtime available

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION

In this position, you will get to

Prepare shipping documents (pick-lists, packing lists, bills of lading, labels, airway bills customs documents)Verify order completeness and accuracyProvides work direction/priorities to shippersProvides prompt and accurate shipment information to inquiries. Arranges and coordinates order changes and or expediting requests in a timely manner to achieve high customer satisfactionCalls carriers to schedule pick-ups to provide timely movement of outbound freight.Manifests orders and ensures complete and accurate invoicingReviews open orders that are still pending invoicing or manifestingNightly reporting as requiredProvides follow-up on expediting requests as required. Handles change orders and cancellation relating to shipping.Develops and maintains a good working relationship with both internal and external freight carrier contactsProvides backup and assistance to other warehouse functions during peak workload and absence coverageReceive in products, parts and raw materials for production processesUpdating product inventory as products are received in to the facilityAssign location code to received goodsMaintains a clean and safe work areaPerforms other duties as assignedPromotes and supports EHS and Quality initiatives.

You Have

Minimum 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment within Shipping required and/or Receiving is a plusExperience in programs such as Excel, Outlook, UPS shipping.Strong written and verbal communication skillsAnalytic and problem solving skills.
