📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute full cycle Accounts Receivable activities including sales order creation, invoicing all the way through collection customer payments. • Work with project managers for invoice approvals and adjustments. • Manage PO balances for both internal and external customers. • Perform payment recovery. • Track project and phase completion dates for future invoicing. • Exercise discretion handling confidential items. Education and Experience: (Knowledge, skills, & abilities) • Associates Degree in Business/Management, Finance, or Accounting. • Minimum of 1 years experience in an administrative, bookkeeping or similar type role. • Experience with NetSuite, ERP or similar type accounting software. • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. • Demonstrate responsiveness, tact, diplomacy, good judgment, and confidentiality in communications. • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints with minimal direction. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work group. • Strong organizational skills. • Strong written and verbal English language communication skills. • Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Work Environment OFFICE: Standard office environment with normal office related conditions.
