Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Per Diem Student Intern.
In this role, the Research ACE Coordinator participates in a full immersion experience in all aspects of
orthopedic trauma services. Under direct supervision of the faculty of the Orthopedic Trauma
Division, the Research ACE Coordinator observes all phases of clinical and research processes and
gains an in-depth knowledge in the field of Orthopedic Surgery and the rigors of academic medicine.
Job Responsibilities
Shadows attending surgeon in office hours to immerse themselves in orthopedic surgery. Provides assistance to research projects in Division. Assists in the preparation of journal articles and poster presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
To qualify you must have a Current enrollment as a full-time student.
Preferred Qualifications
Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $15.00 - $16.48 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
