We’re looking for a Designer with an outstanding portfolio and a love of crafting beautiful, ground-breaking work. We are specifically looking for a designer who specializes in identity design. You will be responsible for the tone, appearance, and overall aesthetic of a client project. You’ll have the chance to create ads for clients in industries like gaming, healthcare, tourism, and more. In the creative department, our goal is to produce mind-blowing work that works.
Duties/Responsibilities:Work with Design Director and social team to produce images to support events and thought leadership piecesStay current with the latest trends and best practices for social imageryDevelop innovative ways to elevate our brand via our social channelsWork with Design Director and field marketing/sales enablement to enhance templated and one-off presentation materialsStay current with the latest trends and best practices for presentationsDevelop innovative ways to elevate our brand in support of sales efforts Required Skills/Abilities:Proficient with Adobe CS products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro creating animated and non-animated videosProficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft WordProficient in Google Slides and Google DocsStrong understanding of design rules and principlesStrong eye for detail & aestheticSelf-starter who is able to initiative to propose new ideas and projectsPassionate about visual problem solving and graphic designKnowledge of print production a plus
Education and Experience:Have 2-3 years’ experience in Graphic Design or equivalentBachelor's degree preferred
Working Conditions: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Typically working in an office with occasionally working outdoors on location at client sites.

This role is required to be in office 3 days a week in Phoenix or Las Vegas, candidates must be open to relocation.
