Role Description

A Growth Expansion Advisor will ensure all new centers (both expansion markets and infills) perform at a high-level and maintain that performance over time. They will play a player-coach role as they develop the new center's Outreach Manager, CRM, and Outreach Executives. The Expansion Advisor will instill best practices and ensure the team is meeting its milestones to launch the center successfully. They will also collaborate with the RVP and RDG to provide feedback on the team. The person will be responsible for the initial and ongoing growth of new centers (~6 months of performance after opening).

Core Responsibilities

Assess the local community partner landscape, taking initial meetings with community partners, and setting up / working initial events with partners (often as a part of coaching new talent)Train and coach permanent outreach teammates on all aspects of Outreach, including finding / building / maintaining field account relationships, identifying ways to meet seniors in the community (e.g. events), how to connect with prospects to educate them on Oak Street Health's model, how to set appropriate expectations and successfully onboard patients (including WV and WRV completion)Help to asses and hire appropriate talent at each center (as requested), in collaboration with Regional and Center Leadership (OM/OD, RVP, RDG)Track and be held responsible for key metrics to ensure center-level growth performance is pacing appropriately, including lead generation, event scheduling / completion, and WV scheduling / completionWork cross-functionally to ensure all aspects of the center team are setup to enable growth, including working with PMs / PRMs / Clinical teams to get them properly prepared, engaged and excited about growingOther key duties and responsibilities, as requested by manager and/or RDG/RVP
