Full Stack Engineer - BigBox

You are a talented Games Generalist Software Engineer looking to build the next generation of VR games. You have multiple years of experience with the Unity Editor (or other 3D game engines like Unreal) and familiar with multiplayer engineering design patterns.

Full Stack Engineer - BigBox Responsibilities

Create VR software within a highly dynamic and iterative team environmentDevelop UI and Tools that are clean, simple, and powerfulDesign, develop, test and maintain quality code and documentationWork as a team, contributing to important design decisions and conversationsDevelop prototypes and experiments, while researching and recommending novel ideas, new tools, and technologiesBuild, maintain, and support internal tools designed to empower content creatorsCollaborate with artists and engineers to implement new developments, help build features, and solve creative problemsEager to roll up your sleeves to make contributions outside of your specialty

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of experience with software development for gamesProven experience with 3D game engines. (Unity, Unreal, etc..) Must have experience completing a ship cycle for a productHighly proficient in C#Experience with network programming related to game designDemonstrated experience working in self-managed, fast-paced environmentsExperienced rapidly learn new systems and deviceProven effective communication skillsBachelor in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

Strong background in AR or VRExperienced building UI systemsExperience developing free to play gamesInterest in eSports
