Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Vice President of Operations at Odingard Capital Management. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, compliance, managing profit and loss, leading customer service initiatives, and facilitating strategic planning. The role is an on-site position located in Tulsa, OK.
QualificationsOperations Management and Project Management skillsExperience in P&L management and strategic planningStrong customer service orientationExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesLeadership and team management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldRelevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus
