Job Description
Greeting patients Scheduling appointments Answering phone calls Verifying insurance information Collecting co-payments Assisting patients with any questions they may have about their treatment or services. Updating patient records accurately Maintaining confidentiality of patient information Ensuring that patients have a positive experience during their visit. May also be responsible for handling patient complaints or concerns and escalating them to the appropriate supervisor or manager when necessary.
