Hybrid/Talent Sourcer HR Position - 2 positions available

We provide statewide leadership of highly valued mental health & addiction prevention, treatment, and recovery at OhioMHAS!
We are looking for team members who will serve compassionately, contribute & collaborate, deliver quality, and be accountable.
What We Do
OhioMHAS operates regional psychiatric hospitals in six locations across the state that operate 365/24/7. Our specialized facilities provide short-term, intensive treatment to patients in both inpatient and community-supported environments. We also deliver comprehensive care to patients committed through the criminal justice system.

Salary Information
What’s In It for You
$29.49 per hour ($61,339 annual) with first increase in 6 months to $31.15 per hour ($64,792 annual) Annual increases each year up to $42.01 per hour ($87,380 annual) with an additional longevity supplement after 5 years of service

The Job Opportunity and Duties
What You Will Do
Serve in a fundamental role as the Agency HR Coordinator for recruitment and outreach promoting agency’s reputation and attractiveness Collaborate with leadership in central office and regional psychiatric hospitals identifying hiring needs and short & long term initiatives Research innovative recruitment methods and partner with Communication Services to develop advertising strategies Identify and maintain relationships with local and state agencies, student organizations, and educational institutions to develop candidate pipelines Develop and implement training efforts regarding HR processes and initiatives for leadership, hiring managers, and candidates Analyze and monitor candidate data and recruitment efforts Travel potential up to 50%
