Facility and Grounds Maintenance Roustabout

Olympus Energy LLC (“Olympus”) is seeking a motivated team member for the position of Facility and Grounds Maintenance Roustabout for immediate hire in their Pittsburgh area operations. This position will work with the Operations and Environmental teams and will be responsible for a variety of maintenance work of grounds and related facilities on Olympus Well sites and Hyperion Midstream facilities and pipelines.

Job Responsibilities · Perform landscaping maintenance and repair work · Operate mowing equipment and gas-powered hand equipment, such as mowers, string trimmers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, pruning saws, pressure washers and others · Use of hand tools including shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows· Water trees, or plants, using portable tanks, pumps, hoses, or watering cans· Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges· Annual mulch bed maintenance · Care for established vegetation on locations: aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch/ invasive species, or trimming or edging · Spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and/or trees using automatic sprayers and spreaders· Maintenance of drainage and stormwater control facilities· Load and unload equipment and tools from utility trailers and trucks· Keep tools and equipment maintained and organized· Painting – Gates, fences, signs· Fence/ gate repairs and maintenance· Perform other site facility maintenance related tasks as needed.· Clear snow and ice from drives and walkways as needed

Requirements · Must possess a valid driver’s license.· High School Diploma or Equivalent.· Work outdoors in all seasons including inclement weather conditions · Ability to function both independently and collaboratively · Ability to be able to work overtime and or “on-call”

• Physical Requirement Considerations: Bending up to 3 hours per day, Carrying up to 40 lbs, 2 hours per day, Climbing up to 1 hour per day, Crawling up to 1 hour per day, Data Entry up 4 hours per day, Driving up to 4 hours per day, included in drive time to well site, Holding up to 40 lbs, 3 hours per day, Kneeling up to 2 hours per day, Lifting up to 50 lbs, 2 hours per day, Manual Dexterity up to 6 hours per day, Pushing and/or Pulling up to 75 lbs, less than 1 hour per day, Sitting up to 4 hours per day; included in drive time to well sites, Squatting up to 2 hours per day, Standing up to 8 hours per day, Stooping up to 2 hours per day, Twisting up to 1 hour per day, Typing up to 2 hours per day, Vision up to 8 hours per day, Walking up to 8 hours per day, Writing by hand up to 3 hours per day.
• Working Conditions: Working conditions vary based on the location of the work performed. Work performed in an office is typically in a climate controlled indoor setting. Work performed in the field may require the employee to be subjected to seasonal field conditions ranging from normal to extreme temperature and weather conditions and employees must be able to work in remote, isolated areas.
