Qualifications
3+ years of work experience; recent and proven experience in the digital space: paid social execution/planning and activation required; other digital advertising, such as search and/or programmatic, is a plusFull ownership of campaign day to day and success in hitting campaign KPI’sRecommend, plan, and conduct testing opportunitiesCreate effective analyses and case studies of their work to be shared with the client and functional teamDevelop insights and actions (implications) that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client’s goalsIn-depth experience curating and troubleshooting inventory from both public and private sourcesDevelop projections/proposals and understand the tools used to build themUnderstand client’s measurement/tracking and ways to innovate and improveIdentify advanced optimization tactics and ensure structure is in place to executeLeverage advanced Excel and campaign management tool skillsDevelop a deep understanding of client needs/goals and relate insights directly to thoseUnderstand how to effectively organize ideas and concepts through tools such as PowerPointExperience in Prisma, DCM reporting, RFP, comScoreHybrid 3x/day week in office
Responsibilities

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental leave, and paid medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
