Job Description

The Ideal candidate must be experienced in luxury retail sales and operations management with a strong focus on driving sales, delivering refined customer service and demonstrating strong clientele skills.

The Luxury Operations Coordinator leads retail operations, helps manage selling and supervises staff. He/she must possess the ability to build revenue and operational excellence.

Profile

Performs daily activities of operating luxury boutique as per company standards inclusive of maximizing inventory, cash control and loss prevention techniquesDeliver sales results as per company goalsEnsures a consistent, quality store experience for customersBrings positive recognition to the Omega brand through effective communication, enthusiastic attitude, professionalism and in-depth brand knowledgePrioritize, plan, delegate, administrate and adapt to business needsMaximize inventory, cash control and loss prevention techniquesIdentify damaged watches and send to service centerPerform inventory prep with sales associates, check stock balances, battery stock, and perform daily countsOrganize the vault and prioritize between old and new productsChecking in-product transfersOrder necessary boutique hospitality items (drinks, glassware, etc.)Manage POS orders and stationariesEnsure uniform coordination with the assistant store managerPrep audits and maintain cash control
