Role: Oracle Cloud Apps ManagerLocation: Millsboro, DelawareEmployment Type: Full-time, on-siteSalary: $145,000 with 25% bonus potential and relocation assistance.
Company Overview: Our client company headquartered is in Millsboro, DE, with operations mainly across the East Coast and Midwest. The company has approximately 10,000 employees and is going live on Oracle Cloud financials on July 28th. They are actively hiring Oracle Cloud resources to support them post go-live.
Responsibilities:Manage the Oracle Cloud applications and systems, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance.Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in the financials domain.Lead a team of Oracle Cloud resources, providing guidance, mentoring, and support as needed.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and align Oracle Cloud solutions with business objectives.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices related to Oracle Cloud applications.
Requirements:Previous experience managing Oracle Cloud applications, preferably in a financials environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations, configurations, and post-go-live support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Willingness to work on-site in Millsboro, DE, five days per week.
