Description
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of operational transformation, utilizing the Operations Transformation Turnaround playbook. You will coordinate efforts across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering, ensuring projects meet safety, budget, and compliance standards. This position requires a seasoned professional with a background in engineering and project management, ready to drive excellence and contribute to our site's long-term objectives.
Lead planning, organizing, and managing of large site turnarounds with a focus on safety and capability enhancement.Establish project schedules, including job lists and unit shutdown/startup plans, ensuring timely completion.Serve as the primary interface with internal and external customers, subcontractors, and vendors.Develop and monitor project metrics for schedule, budget, compliance, and quality adherence.Manage special projects aimed at site reliability and safety improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred with significant project management experience.Minimum of 10 years relevant manufacturing experience in an industrial setting; operations/maintenance engineering experience a plus.Demonstrated competency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and project analysis.Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget, with a strong analytical and technical communication skill set.
