The One Community Health is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People and Culture Team! The HRBP plays a pivotal role in overseeing both strategic and day-to-day Human Resources functions, ensuring alignment with OCH's mission, values, and operational guidelines. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and Human Resources policies and procedures.Who we are:One Community Health (OCH) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the Columbia River Gorge region with clinics in both Oregon and Washington. With a dedicated team of over 300 employees, our Human Resources department plays a crucial role in supporting our staff, ensuring they can provide quality care to our community.What you would bring:Strong management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, customer service, and workplace safety.Willingness to work in a dynamic and changing community health care environment.Support and guidance to employees and managers in addressing complex and sensitive issues.Management of employee relations, conducting investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations when necessary.Offer day-to-day performance management guidance to management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.Collaborate with managers and employees to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.Benefits coordination, processing and creating resources that enhance understanding of the company's benefits package.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:Associates degree in business, Human Resources or related program (or equivalent education and experience).Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines and relevant employment laws.Thorough understanding of dispute resolution and excellent interpersonal skills.Three years of HR experience.Experience in employee relations, leave of absence, and benefits management.PHR or SHRM-CP Certification or testing within 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications:Spanish/English bilingual proficiencyBachelorβs degree or higherSPHR or SHRM-SCP CertificationExperience in a healthcare clinic or FHQC setting.
Wage:Salaried/Exempt: $80,000-87,000 annually, DOEBilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
