Job Summary
These roles are to introduce and prepare students for the workplace by giving them meaningful exposes into different careers as well as cultivating and training soft skills. Students will also be learning the OneAmerica culture and beliefs and will be good candidates for future employment opportunities.

High School StudentPartnership with the OneAmerica Pathways Program and local school
This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in IN as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
