Responsibilities:Manage assigned casesHandle cases from inception to conclusionTake and defend depositionsMake court appearancesDraft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications:Pre-trial and/or trial experienceStrong research and writing skillsMinimum of 3 years of litigation experienceLicensed to practice and in good standing in Maryland
Base Compensation Range 140k-170k+ Monthly & Annual Bonuses + Benefits + Hybrid work schedule.
