Oneday is a neo-versity providing a range of modern, highly-practical qualifications for startup founders.We are looking for experienced entrepreneurs to join our rich community of mentors. Oneday’s mentors are passionate about supporting a new generation of founders and able to think in uniquely tactical ways to help early-stage ideas grow.
How does it work? Oneday brings together a directive brand of mentorship, high quality video content and a vibrant community to provide founders with the support they need to launch a business. The programme is a fully accredited MBA, but remains fiercely practical and business outcome focused.
Our ideal candidates have:In-depth tactical knowledge about how to identify and validate promising business ideasFounded highly successful ventures, in the direct to consumer, Brick and mortar, and services space, ideally, with experience of raising investment Committed to lean startup principlesHands on experience in product development and growth Outstanding people skills, to provide founders with the emotional encouragement they need to persevere
The commitmentA minimum 10 hours per week comprising: 121 sessions with a ‘squad’ of 8 foundersA group squad session based on our curriculum Feedback and grading practical assignmentsDedicated time to understand the curriculum and prepare for each session
