The RoleWe are looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to own our end-to-end email & SMS campaign calendar and campaign processes. This person will be in charge of planning our campaign calendar, contributing to overall business goals and objectives such as product cross-sell & subscription rates, revenue, and customer engagement. This person will effectively project manage the entire email & SMS campaign process from start to finish, working closely with copywriters, designers, customer service and the broader marketing team. As the main point of contact for our campaigns, you will be responsible for running ongoing A/B testing, reporting on campaign performance, campaign optimizations based on learnings, and compiling metrics to share with the team.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage a monthly campaign calendar, taking into account overall business objectives and historical campaign performance, to drive subscriptions, revenue, education & positive customer experienceResponsible for the planning and implementation of testing & optimization strategy inclusive of A/B testing, and content/audience optimizations to drive customer engagement & revenueWrite creative marketing briefs and collaborate with copywriters and designers to create campaigns; ensure creatives utilize learnings from previous campaigns, for real-time campaign optimization.Ensure all email & SMS campaigns are clear, on-brand and free of any errors/typosUtilize Klaviyo to build, QA and schedule email & SMS campaigns, segment lists, and pull campaign performance dataAnalyze campaign data to understand performance, channel engagement metrics and channel strategyMaintain the email and SMS marketing dashboard with updated data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly reportingRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field1-3 year experience in Digital Marketing with preference for at least 1 year of Email MarketingStrong attention to detail to ensure all campaigns are perfect before sendingExperience with A/B testing, analyzing campaign performance metrics and arriving at actionable recommendations for future campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience in Asana and Klaviyo a plus
