📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
OnPoint Pharmacy is a group of community pharmacies working to find the balance between being a modern healthcare company while still valuing the personal connection of a community pharmacist. We partner with other medical professionals to become a more active participant in a patient’s healthcare experience.
The right candidate is competitive and interested in understanding for the financial aspects of pharmacy, including gross profit, inventory & ordering, and managing payroll. Compensation is partially based on gross profit and growth of location and company.

Job functions include, but are not limited to:Manage day-to-day operations of locations; including P&L, inventory/ordering, workflow...Lead team of technicians and interns, including engagement, hiring, & training.Create and manage prescriber relationships.Assist patients with medical-related issues and provide healthcare counseling.Build patient and provider trust and loyalty by addressing and resolving customer issues, complaints and questions.Exercise out-of-the-box thinking by identifying new ways to improve and grow business.
Job requirements include:Active NYS pharmacist licenseCertified to administer immunizations
