This opportunity will ask a student to perform the following job duties:
Develop TCAD to model vertical trenchfet devices for smart powerDevelop Training package for mechanical stress modelingElectrical Characterization of devices
Objectives
Use of Sentaurus TCAD to develop and characterize HV devices and EE devices
Qualifications
In order to be considered for an internship, you must be a student currently enrolled in a graduate electrical engineering program in the following semester.
TCAD, preferably Sentaurus, Silvaco or Comsol Materials Science background preferred Device Physics Knowledge Semiconductor Device Architecture Basic knowledge of Process integration to construct devices
