Director, PCG Inspection Product Management

Job Summary & Responsibilities

Leads the Product Management team (4 people) responsible for the management of their product lines. Specification reviews, interaction with the Account Managers, engagement with Engineering on projects and customization efforts, cost reduction efforts, technical roadmaps review/development, Product requirement documents and End of Life management.Assisting TAM’s in high profile spec reviews Prioritize CAP’s based on customer/field input.Prioritize Projects based on IBU resources.Driving/leading the team (Product Mgt and Project Mgt) for PLC Gate Reviews. Assisting them in gate review presentation material, presentation skillsLeading the Product involvement side with EOL Project ManagementDeveloping the PRD’s for new productsInterfacing with Marketing on Product Roadmap development, balancing Customer needs vs IBU resourcesLeading discussions w/ the field on product introductions and updates. Working closely with the Project Managers (4 of them in the Inspection Business Unit) on their Projects and how they interact with the products.

Qualifications15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with a Semi Capital Equipment Company.Leader and Motivator of personnelSuperb interpersonal skills, including presentation skills.Technical undergraduate degree100% on-site role, hybrid schedule not available
