📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a top consumer product company, is looking for an Associate Creative Director (Design/Art Direction) to join their team. This company is known for its innovation and commitment to community and sustainability.
This role is onsite 3 times/week in Los Angeles. Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:Partner with the Executive Creative Director, overseeing print, production, packaging, and art direction.Lead in-house design and production teams in the US, Hong Kong, and China.Conceptualize, design, and produce strategic content and creative assets.Direct lifestyle and product photo shoots for packaging, social media, and Ecommerce.Ensure consistent brand and visual identity across all materials.Oversee development of commercial package designs and artwork for regulatory submissions.Demonstrate enthusiasm for creative landscape and new technologies.
Qualifications:8+ years of creative process experience, with emphasis in packaging, print, and art direction.5+ years of managerial experience, including 2+ years working with global design and production teams.Expertise in design workflow from concept development to production.Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and modern, playful, original ideas.Understanding of communication design principles.Proven experience managing budgets.Ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment.Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.Ability to travel based on business needs.
