Onward Search seeks a Change Management Communications Specialist for a global pharmaceutical company. Responsibilities include developing and executing communication strategies to support technology adoption and people strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating compelling content across various channels.

Change Management Communications Specialist Responsibilities:Partner with project teams to establish change management communication goals and plans.Write, edit, and proofread content for various communication channels.Analyze communication metrics and provide insights for improvement.Forge and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Change Management Communications Specialist Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.3-5 years of experience in communication strategy, preferably in Organizational Change Management or IT.Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.Experience with Email Portal Staffphase communications preferred.
