Communications Specialist [74521]

Here at Onward Search we’re looking to hire a Communications Specialist for a large pharmaceutical company.

This is a 7-month project opportunity working remotely.Considering candidates located in the U.S. No C2C or 1099 candidates.Pay rate range: $24.50 – $29.50/hr (W-2)

Communications Specialist Responsibilities: Partner with project teams to establish communication goals and identify target audiences.Create detailed communication plans outlining key messages, preferred channels, and timelines.Collaborate with stakeholders to endorse and align the plan.Execute communication strategies using diverse channels including email, social media, press releases, and presentations.Produce compelling and persuasive content for press releases, blog posts, website content, and newsletters.Maintain the accuracy and consistency of messages across all communications.Edit and proofread content to enhance readability and correctness.Keep abreast of industry trends to refine communication practices.Produce compelling and persuasive content for press releases, blog posts, website content, and newsletters.Maintain the accuracy and consistency of messages across all communications.Edit and proofread content to enhance readability and correctness.Keep abreast of industry trends to refine communication practices.Analyze key communication metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities.Perform periodic reviews of existing communications to ensure they meet project objectives.Offer actionable insights to enhance communication effectiveness based on data analysis.Forge and maintain robust relationships with both internal teams and external partners.Participate in external events and meetings as a representative of the organization.

Communications Specialist Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies.Exceptional writing and editing prowess, with a keen eye for grammar and style.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and various content management systems.Strong interpersonal skills, with a capacity to collaborate effectively.Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
