We’re looking to hire a Change Management Communications Specialist for a pharmaceutical company. This role involves developing and executing communication strategies that support adopting new technologies and the broader people strategy. The successful candidate will be crucial in building change management communications and engaging with stakeholders across the organization.
This is a 12-month (potential to extend) project opportunity working remotely for a client based in Chicago, IL.Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In Organizational Change Communications, IT Communications, Business Transformation Communications, Internal Communications. Considering candidates located in the U.S. No C2C or 1099 candidates.Pay rate range: $24.50 – $29.50/hr (W-2)Application Deadline: 4/22/24
Change Management Communications Specialist Responsibilities:Partner with project teams to establish change management communication goals and identify target audiences.Create detailed technology change management communication plans outlining key messages, preferred channels, and timelines.Collaborate with stakeholders to endorse and align the plan.Write, edit, and proofread compelling and persuasive content for email, blog posts, web content, newsletters, social media, press releases, and presentations.Maintain the accuracy and consistency of messages across all communications.Keep abreast of industry trends to refine communication practices.Analyze key communication metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities.Perform periodic reviews of existing communications to ensure they meet project objectives.Offer actionable insights to enhance communication effectiveness based on data analysis.Forge and maintain robust relationships with both internal teams and external partners.Participate in external events and meetings as a representative of the organization.
Change Management Communications Specialist Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.3-5 years of experience in communication strategy and execution, specifically in Organizational Change Management or IT.Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing comprehensive change management communication strategies.Experience with Email Portal Staffphase communications is preferred but not required.
