📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Onward Search’s Fintech client is looking for a Operations & Support Analyst, Incentives for a 6-months contract. REMOTE.
Onward Search is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All contractors will be paid as W2 employees.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as a knowledgeable authority on our products and services within the incentives operations sphere, guiding users through every aspect of their experience, from initiation to completion.Oversee essential processes such as treasury management, prize distribution, legal adherence, entry processing, winner selection and notification, and prize delivery.Foster close collaboration with internal departments including Product, Marketing, Legal, Data Science, and Program Management.Play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operation of incentives campaigns on a global scale.Act as the advocate for users within the organization, offering valuable feedback and insights to enhance our offerings.
Qualifications:Possess at least 2 years of experience in a user-facing role within a tech company.Demonstrate excellent communication skills across diverse support channels.Exhibit a strong ability to identify operational gaps and develop effective solutions.Display flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.Showcase a track record of successful collaboration with various cross-functional teams.Lead by example, setting and upholding high standards of performance and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in managing sweepstakes, contests, or similar promotional initiatives.Proficiency in a second language.
