📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Onward Search needs a Project Coordinator for a global media company.
You’ll join the Marketing team to help create and deploy revenue building campaigns for a variety of publications.
This is a 3 month contract opportunity in a Hybrid NYC office setting.
As a Project Coordinator you’ll:-Assist Project Managers to ensure creative teams stay informed and on task to deliver multiple projects-Review creative briefs, assign design and copy teams to projects and keep teams abreast of deadlines and manage timelines.-Maintain digital asset management systems
Skills & Experience needed: -3+ years project management experience working in a fast paced, creative marketing team-Ability to manage multidisciplinary designers through digital campaign deliverables-Marketing, advertising, and/or e-commerce experience helpful-Knowledge of PM tools such as Basecamp, AirTable, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma preferred
