Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Senior Copywriter for a Retail client.
This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in San Bruno, CA, and is on-site.

Minimum Requirements:4+ years of experience in eLearning or product marketing copywriting.Background in tech, eCommerce, or SaaS industries.A robust portfolio showcasing marketing or educational writing for diverse audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Familiarity with project management software, particularly Asana.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in crafting help documentation and video scripts.Strong grasp of grammar, writing, and editing principles.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to tailor content for various audiences using both formal and informal tones.Track record of collaborative work with project stakeholders and designers.Self-motivated individual with a penchant for processes and technical tools.Familiarity with CMS platforms like Contentstack and Salesforce.Proficiency in project management tools such as Slack, JIRA, Asana, and Confluence.Understanding of agile instructional design methodologies.Experience creating videos and presentations using Vyond.Proficiency in image editing tools like Photoshop and SnagIt.
