Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a UX Content Designer for a global technology client. You’ll join the UX team to create new and enhance existing UX language across the entire user experience.
This is a full-time, 6 month contract opportunity covering family leave. The role is located in Santa Monica, and is hybrid onsite. The application deadline for this role is Tuesday, April 23, 2024
UX Content Designer Responsibilities: Create engaging microcopy across the entire user experience, which focuses on mobile app usage Monitor and adjust content for quality, consistency, cohesiveness, branding and tone, etc See your knowledge of content accessibility to ensure all language is inclusive Be responsible for naming new app features Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design, Research, and others to support harmonious content experience Be able to brainstorm and present new content suggestions to senior leadership - defend your ideas with metrics and impact UX Content Designer Requirements: 5+ years writing UX content for global customer-facing apps, websites, emails, etc A digital portfolio with case studies showcasing your approach, process, execution, and impact is required for review A knack for creating modern, approachable, and engaging content that supports brand guidelines and best practices Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask/adapt as needed to support timelines and deliverables
