📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our Boston based publishing client is looking for a Web Designer with 5+ years' experience; you'll be working on the internal agency for this client and previous healthcare experience is desired. Experience with Ceros required for this role and looking for samples of websites and landing pages in the portfolios. This role is focused heavily on design, not development. Responsibilities:Work as the Design lead on a mix of web and print; emails, social, catalog, bannersCollaborate on projects with Copy and other members of the marketing teamCollaborate and manage workflows within internal teams to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budgetLead cross-company weekly status meetingsIdentify & track internal creative resource allocations on a weekly basisProactively identify issues and propose solutions and/or assist with the removal of blockers. Escalate when necessary Requirements/Skills:5+ years experience as a Designer and strong experience with Creative CloudExperience managing digital design campaignsExperience working autonomously while properly managing-upStrong portfolio of workUnwavering attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
