OpenLoop is seeking Mental Health Therapists to conduct a virtual visit to treat Personal Injury cases. LCSW, LMFT, and LPCCs who are passionate about considerate, comprehensive, and compassionate care, we'd love to connect!

About the PositionWe are always looking for clinicians who can have a consistent scheduled availability on our platform and help improve a patient’s acuity through timely access to quality care. ResponsibilitiesConduct initial and follow-up patient appointmentsAppropriately document history of injury, symptoms and progress of patients in EHR (Healthie)Collaborate with patients to develop basic problem-solving skills and strategiesProvide realistic and culture-sensitive treatment goals
RequirementsMasters in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling REQUIREDMUST have any of the following licensure types to be considered: LCSW, LMFT or LPCCMUST have Active and Unrestricted State Licensure in California (CA)MINIMUM NUMBER Multiple Active state licenses: Four (4) 5+ years of Mental Health experience 3+ years post-licensure clinical experienceExperience with Medical legal or personal injury or workers’ comp preferredExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication skillsREQUIRED: Telehealth experience A secure private office with a professional background and appearance with direct high-speed internet capabilities to conduct video medical appointmentsSpanish Proficiency is a plus!
