About The Role

An exciting and rare opportunity has become available based in Cairns,QLD for motivated individuals who have either recently completed a Degree in Business (Property) or are near completion. If you’re looking to begin your career in the property valuation sector, this is the position for you!

This role will assist qualified Valuers with a variety of tasks including in the field experience, assistance with quality valuation reports, providing excellent back-end support, client services, and general office administration.

This role offers career development opportunities for candidates with the right attitude and skills and will prepare you to become a Registered and/or Certified Property Valuer.

About You

We are seeking bright, motivated and articulate candidates who are looking to establish a career with our business. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Near completion or recently completed Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalentGenuine interest in customer service and property valuationsConfident verbal and written communication and report writing skillsExperience in multitasking and prioritising workloads in high volume environmentsProficiency and comfort with using Microsoft Office, web-based systems and learning new technologyA positive and professional mannerCurrent Driver’s license

Candidates with prior experience as a Graduate Valuer or with extensive experience in a property industry related field are strongly encouraged to apply.
