📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Desktop Support Specialist– TOP Biotech Client South San Francisco (On-site) $35 - $40/hour Our client, a TOP growing biotechnology organization in South San Francisco is seeking a professional and proactive Desktop Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving computer and mobile device hardware and software issues, telephony, printers, and networking intermediate knowledge of computer applications. Candidates should be skillful, proactive, and have the ability to take the initiative to solve problems. Responsibilities:Maintain and work with wireless technologies, LAN, VPN, BroadbandWork with Backups, Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows server environmentsSupport conference/audio applications - MS Teams, RingCentral, and ZoomWorking with Imaging, packaging, and scriptingAsset management/ticketing Performing in compliance with policy guidelines
Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of experience providing desktop support Strong background within Windows and Mac environments Bachelor’s degree preferredExcellent follow-up and customer service skills
