This person will be responsible for developing relationships, consistently delivering value, and effectively building a robust pipeline of existing and new business. This role is dynamic, fast-paced, and engaging.Base + Commission - Uncapped earning potential

Agency experience preferred!

Demonstrated history of success in:Selecting, qualifying, and placing professional-level talent in the Healthcare, Biotech, Fintech, and Tech industries.Establishing credibility through building relationships and expanding business with existing clients and new prospects.Building a diverse rapport of candidates and clients.Multitasking and prioritizing competing tasks.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and manage the recruitment process from intake to hire while delivering a world-class candidate and client experience.Manage the Full Desk recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.Have a strong understanding of ATS or CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, Bullhorn, and additional recruiting tools.Be a forward-thinking, self-starter with the ability to successfully provide exceptional service and want to make a difference… the experience is key!

Qualifications:Have a successful track record in recruiting and client account management and development.5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitmentAgency experience highly preferredBachelor’s degreeProactive self-starterSolid work ethicAbility to work independently in a collaborative environmentExperience using Bullhorn is a plus!
