📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Location: Greensboro, NC 27409Duration: 3+ months contract (Possibilities of extension)Shift: 8am to 5pm M-F
Typical working day: They will be supporting 4 brokers One is the head broker so they are very high level and requires a high level of support Resource's topicFollowing up with brokersComfortable with numbers and putting together vouchersFollowing up on emails (heavy this).Redlining PDFs (ability to edit PDFs) such as listing agreementsHaving communication with a client Creating graphics as well as write ups for the graphics for marking itemsTaking a data and manipulating the data in excelOrdering signage for propertiesPutting together tour books and surveysPutting together email marketing campaignsWill actively be using InDesign, photoshop and illustratorPrevious commercial real estate experience would make for a top candidate
Years of Experience needed: 2+ years of experience supporting brokers, sales professionals, or in the marking space is required Commercial real estate experience is preferred
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: 1+ year of InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite experience is requiredphotoshop and illustrator experience would be preferred
Top Must have Skills: CommunicationDependableCreativeFlexibleAttention to DetailProfessional Demeanor
Top Nice to have Skills: Marking experience (but they must understand there is a strong administrate side to this role)Previous commercial real estate experience would be AMAZING! Along with an associate or bachelor's degree
