Knowledge & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, Computer Science or a related IT field.
Skills & Abilities:Proficiency in programming languages and software development.Experience in help desk support and customer service.Strong understanding of networking principles and systems. Any experience with Extreme Networks is preferred.Knowledge of data science, machine learning, and AI tools. Proficiency with PowerBI and Python is preferred.Any experience the following is a plus:Ellucian Banner systemSalesforce,JAVA, Pearl, R, PythonOracle Database and Server AdministrationOracle Database and Server AdministrationSSL Certificate MaintenanceInternal Application Development/Maintenance Programming**Linux system administrationDNS AdministrationMust have ability to work in a team.Adaptable to new technologies and able to guide others in their adoption.Soft Skills - Must also possess excellent organizational, oral, and written communication, and customer service skills.Multi-task with little to no supervisionKnowledge of systems engineering software tools.Must maintain a high level of confidentiality of information.Must have the ability to effectively deal with persons from a variety of cultural backgrounds.Maintains compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
