TELEWORK/ON-SITE OPPORTUNITYThis position is eligible for a combination of telework and on-site work assignments. Telework must be completed from a pre-designated home-based location within the State of California and employees may be required to report on-site to address business needs.Telework is at the sole discretion of the Court and may be rescinded with 48 hours' notice, based on needs of the Orange County Superior Court.

ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Applications Developer III is the advanced journey level classification in the Applications Developer series. The classification typically serves as a technical lead developer and performs advanced complex applications development projects. New application development assignments frequently involve the use of advanced technologies and an understanding of cross-platform/operating system integration and connectivity issues. The classification has significant interactions with managers in their user communities to provide advice and consulting on methods for achieving business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or GED equivalent -AND- four (4) years of full-time (or equivalent) progressively responsible experience in applications design and development.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONSAt least two (2) years of experience with Angular version 6 or higher.Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft technologies such as: .NET Core 3.1/6, C#, MVC, WebAPI, Entity Framework, JavaScript, Bootstrap or CSS.Five (5) years of experience with design and development experience using SQL Server or Oracle database.Experience with cloud development, preferably Azure.Experience with Web services and microservice architecture.Experience with Angular/NativeScript.Experience with Blazor.Experience with OpenID/Oath2 Security.Knowledge in using low code/no code tools and platforms.Experience developing AI solutions.Experience with Web API/Swagger.Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.Experience as a technical lead or project manager in medium to large scale development projects.
