Department Overview
Under direct supervision, primarily performs basic research or lab activities similar to a Research Assistant 1 or Lab Aide*.
Function/Duties of Position
Bioinformatics analysisCell cultureFlow cytometry analysis
Required Qualifications
Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)Ability to perform cell culture, experience with computational coding programs (R, Python)Ability to perform the job duties with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduates who are pursuing science majors preferred but not required.Basic laboratory skills
Additional Details
Analyses can be done remotely as needed to accommodate class schedule, but ability to join in person on Tuesday mornings and for cell culture experiments required. Can coordinate with lab members.
