Digital Product Manager

ABOUT ORGANOX:OrganOx has been transforming organ transplantation since 2008, leveraging groundbreaking normothermic machine perfusion technology in our flagship product, the OrganOx metra®. This technology helps preserve donor livers for up to 12 hours, significantly reducing organ discard rates and facilitating more successful transplants. As part of our ongoing expansion in North America, we seek a motivated and strategic Digital Product Manager to join our team. Major Responsibilities · Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for digital services, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for new digital services.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to gather and prioritize requirements for digital services. Work closely with healthcare professionals, end-users, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.· Work alongside the technical resources in the digital team to translate requirements into actionable development plans. · Play a lead role in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital services.· Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital services. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.· Set and monitor KPIs, analyse data and user feedback to make informed decisions on the roadmap. Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges to internal stakeholders and leadership.· Ensure completion of any documentation necessary to meet applicable regulations. Skills and Experience · Proven experience with 5+ years in product management, in the healthcare or medical devices industry.· Familiarity with working in an uncertain environment to elucidate requirements, shape strategy and develop roadmaps.· Strong understanding of digital technology, software development, and user experience design.· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.· Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.· Demonstrated success in bringing digital products from concept to market. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.Strong understanding of medical device data security and compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, IEC 62304, etc.).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
