Position Description:The Solutions Engineer is primarily focused on engaging with customers and partners, presenting technical information and developing solutions tailored to the customer needs. They assist in the pre-sale process by providing succinct technical information to customer and internal team members. They accomplish this by generating and providing technical presentations and proposals throughout the sales process in order to generate a deep understanding of their product offering, solutions, technology, and roadmap. Requirements:A candidate for this role should have advanced level experience in radio frequencies, Linux, and networking. B.S. in Engineering a big plus. They should also have at least 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent role. Candidates should have strong skills in customer interactions, a general knowledge of the sales process, and the ability to complete the following tasks independently: Draft responses to RFPs; plan/ deliver technical product demonstrations; support the business development team in order to answer questions with a sales strategy in mind.
